It is. very similar to the Mangalore bunt community cuisine...."Idiappam with coconut milk in jaggery & cardomom powder" & mango is the fruit ( also jackfruit) that grows abundantly here & we have them all the time in season....all the same sticky rice makes the difference .here.....must try it out

Great video Dr. But….. Just the mango would be fine by me, ty. Who needs the unnecessary (& unhealthy) rice and sugar/ gul. A mango is perfect by itself. Hapus preferably, but any other would be yum too. Over the sink for the baththa. Heaven in a fruit.
