Irregular rectangular can't be drawn with 4 elements only!! You need at least 1 diagonal to draw an irregular rectangle.

If diagonal dimensions are not available from each corner we can make small traingale . Ex: on each side of same corner mark just 1 meter and measure the distance between marked points and repeat the same steps as mentioned in the video.
