I met Elder Maxwell years ago after a talk. He stayed after and shook the hands of many and left for his car. He got word that a disabled individual wanted to shake his hand back in the church building. He came out of the parking lot and went back inside and shook this young man’s hand who was most grateful. What a powerful example of a Special Witness of Christ. I will never forget this simple act of humble kindness. Elder Maxwell was/is a spiritual giant and he is missed on this side of the veil.
