In the first 6 or 7 minutes you should focus taking out as many patrolling guards as you can, it makes way easier to move without worrying each single second about having to moonwalk

ironman no kill just requires confirmed kills at the end to be 0, black dusk bomb doesn't count

Yes, you have to interrogate the camera operator, then a new objective will show who the head of security is and if you knock them out, there will be no more radios.
