Hi I have a question when you first powered on your mirror did it have to hold it down or anything I just finished mine and for some reason my light won’t work I’m really hoping this is something that could be fixed at home rather then sending it back

so i just found out the issue with ours is that you have to use the center of our thumb and hold it there for a second. you cant just tap your finger on it real quick.
