To right. You know what they say Mike “ The good die young” and this was sadly the Cae for pot Luke. Apart from being a class bodybuilder he was such a nice genuine guy. So many bodybuilders have no personality or are complete big headed pricks but Luke was the complete opposite such a grounded polite lovely guy. And huge loss to the bodybuilding world and all that knew & loved him😞

His poor kids. I can't begin to even imagine what they are feeling after losing their father..and losing him in that way. A part of me wants to curse him out, but the other of me realizes that mental health can throw all logical thinking out the window. However, I truly believe that if you have severe mental health issues, you should never, ever have children. It isn't fair to put them through that. It isn't like you don't realize that you have mental health issues or have those suicidal thoughts. The guy was aware of his own issues. So personally, I think that a person should never even risk the chance of putting a child through what his kids are going through. Dude was a great bodybuilder. I was a fan and will remember him fondly. I just really, really sucks how he exited the world.

But, what if you're mental health goes after you have had kids, not like you have choice, your not born with it, it's usually a tramatic experience that can bring it on.
