Sir, if Fe injection is given then toh systemic circulation mein direct chala jayega via IM / IV route Then is Vitamin C required to promote absorption? Its site of action is only in duodenum, right?

Haem Fe matlab Jo iron Haemoglobin ya Myoglobin mein rehta hai that is in animal sources Phir plants se bhi Iron milega mainly in Fe3+ form. So from that we'll get some iron. Bharat mein bohut loog daily meat/fish/poultry afford nhi kar sakte hai so they need locally available low cost non heme plant sources like soyabean aur GLV jaisa Sir sikhaye hai... Poor man's jaggery
