The cave suit, Mark 1, was recovered by the villain in the first movie and housed in the basement of the first arc reactor. They built the Iron Monger suit that the villain wore at the end of the movie using it as a template for the hardware and software. Tony recovered it after the event's so that no one else could use it to reverse engineer the suit like the first villain did.

I just wanted to say… I love that you continue to do all of these videos despite the community for the movie channel still being smaller than the original main channel. Just wanted to say I look forward to watching nearly every video you watch and that your commentary always sparks my own mind and makes me consider things I never did with films. Highly appreciative that your channels are a part of my daily life

Terrence Howard played Roddy in the first movie but wasn't going to be paid like he was in the first movie, and Robert Downey Jr got a huge pay day, so he dipped. And in real like Terrence Howard did a lecture at Oxford where he tried to argue math as we know it is incorrect. He said 1x1 = 2 . It's an entertaining listen lol. He sounds like he's smart and probably is, but I don't think he's as smart as he thinks he is. But I could be wrong. I like his acting!

@29:30 I believe those are called "Kenetic Art (Statue)" there is likely a magnet, but it isn't a static magnet, rather it turns on and off a certain points. Devices like this are battery operated. There is a new kind that is trending which is a ball that goes down a loop, shoots up from a hooked track and repeats. This one is specifically called "The Swinging Sticks Kinetic Energy Sculpture" available for the pointless price of $100 and up. Thankfully this device, while saying it is inspired by the idea of a perpetual motion machine, is not advertised as such and they make it clear.

Well considering that in the MCU the good guys always win and 99.99% of the time if you're in any danger there just so happens to be a super hero around to save the day... I mean yeah there's some insane super-villains but they literally never win (unless it's a multi-part movie), and their technology is literally advanced-alien levels... all in all I'd take it over this current world anyday.

I think theres only 1 other major recast in the entirety of the MCU. you wont have to deal with it for a while. Terrence Howard went a bit crazy and also demanded a shit ton more money so he ended up getting recast. I wont say who was recast since you consider that a spoiler.

If your not into romance scenes, your gonna suffer many times during the MCU. lol. I won't spoil anything but I'll just say just like action, comedy...etc. Romance is also a big part of the MCU. Though I don't think I've seen anyone so cold to it lol. It's all good though, I know you can't help it. It does give me more reason to watch you suffer with future romance scenes in the MCU. LOL :)

His contract from the first movie specified a lot more money if a sequel was made, it wasn't any kind of new demand on his part. But Marvel Studios was looking to cut costs and didn't think they needed to spend that much on a supporting character, so they dropped him and got Cheadle for much less.

I don't think he wanted more money, I think he wanted exactly what his contract said and they countered with 1/10th of that, take it or leave it. But Howard was paid more than Downey for IM 1 so he was comparably expensive when clearly Downey was the more valuable actor.
