Oh fuck!!!! One of my favorites songs from all Maiden's catalogue. Instant flashback to 1987 when I was 11 and repeated this song over and over! Love that Nicko didn't finished the song and wen another round and Bruce says "I'm going NOW"!

The first time I saw them play this was in 88 on the 7th tour of a 7th tour , Hanley Victoria hall , I think the capacity back then was 1500 ,maybe 2000 tops , but it was more likely a maximum capacity of 1000 , to this day that's still the best concert I've ever been to , the stage was that small that they couldn't use the big Eddie , but that didn't matter the show had so much energy , Nicko played everything a little bit faster than he was supposed to and that just made it even better .

Bruce is so animated on this one. Great to see.

This performance is absolutely epic! Christ I love this band! :)

A week before The Future Past Tour started, I dreamed that they played this song live, and a week later, exactly on the day of the debut concert in Ljubljana, I saw the setlist and saw that the song was on the setlist, I almost cried of happiness, it was something fantastic, my dream came true!! I can't wait to see them in Bogotá on November 24, 2024!!

My favorite on the setlist... well it's tough cause ATG is awesome too... and Hell on Earth... but The Prisoner is just a good kick in the balls... u can't help but scream every word

Seems like Bruce was trying to end it at the right time but the band kept on going. They just started the tour so they'll get it right eventually 😂

I wasn't a winner of First to the Barrier but I went to the main doors / GA entrance and queued. I was the door at 8am and was number 5... so I was actually approximately #125 into the show.. FTTB IM Fan Club winners are 60 plus allowed each one guest....

In Aug 2008 in Scotland, I was there at 12 noon, and there were a few people ahead of me. The following week in London, I got there at maybe 2pm, and still had a good spot. In NY in 2019, got there at around 2pm, still was at a good spot up front. Wasnt first to the barrier, so those people go first.

The ending is great, these are funny moments that show that they are just people and can make mistakes too. After all they got to the final chord with a smile and no-one was hurt. :)
