Hb serum iron deficiency are two different things.

@@fu7h676 depends on your hemoglobin concentration. If low take iron-folic acid. If severely low( less than 7) go to your doctor urgently.

I HAD ALMOST 12 BLOOD CHECKS in the PAST 3 MONTHS INCLUDING CBCs, Hla27 TYPHOID, MALARIA, ESR, CRPETC in the LAST BLOOD test WHICH WAS CBC MY RBC HAD DECREASED FROM 5.48 TO 3.34 AND HAEMOGLOBIN FROM 14 TO 9 ,do MULTIPLE BLOOD test HAD MADE ME ANEMIC

@@mikeecho9367 don't visited to doctor I just took some iron meds and it came back to normal from 3.34 to 4.61 RBC count ,

Most of preparation are stable below 30 degree centigrade for 7 days..means 7 din tak Bina refrigerator ke rakhe use kar sakte hai agar environment ka temp 30 degree se kam hai...but alag alag injection ki alag requirements hoti hai rakhne ki... injection par dekh lo kya likha hai kitne temp par rakha jana chahiye and decide
