Do you think workers are ready to keep a safety engineer from their salaries? What would this engineer parasitize on the hard workers, fine them for violations and get rich and make money (while the hard workers became poor and impoverished) ???

if hard workers want safe work, then they should think about revolution, nationalizing the factory, building communism. Or do you think that the owner of this plant will decide that it is necessary to have less profit and provide safe working conditions ???

Хочу устроить подобный заводик у себя в гараже, в деревне с единомышленниками-соседями. Думаю плавить чермет в вагранке сыродутной, лить в песчаные формы, потом обрабатывать на дип-300 и 2н115 (других станков нет), упаковывать красиво "под фирму" и сбывать торгашам. Думаю лить-точить тормозные барабаны на камаз и иномарки - они по диаметру как раз подходят под дип-300 (Ø заготовки-барабана не больше 600мм)

HELL The working conditions of these HUMAN BEINGS are unacceptable by any international standard: No gloves; no work boots; non-flame retardant clothing; without glasses and nor protective mask; no helmet; without filter 3M-9105 to avoid the aspiration of gases, dust, metals in suspension, burning fumes... No SAFETY AND NO GOD! All these workers will not make it to 40. Only the owner. Jeeezzz!!!

Harry this is poor country. Yet it produces all sorts of manufactured good besides tractors automobiles airplanes you name it Pakistan makes it. It’s a nuclear armed nation to ward off india has to spend disproportionately on defense. It’s the 4th largest English speaking nation. Has some 20 peaks above 25,000 ft besides the second highest mountain K2. It has the biggest glaciers outside the Arctic. Some facts to enlighten you. The country is situated in a hit region so shoes are not a priority. Flip flops is more suited here. Go visit and experience the hospitality. Thank you
