Immediate like for being the first person in the world that ever reviewed this roomba

Hey dude! I heard that you had trouble with your dock station and how the roomba dose not like the dock to be moved. Since it makes a map it uses gyroscopes and other navigation sensors. However, Since it dose not have a camera to identify were it is and where the home base is, it uses the home base as a place to understand were it is. It helps it navigate thorough your home. When you move it the memory and relocation sensors become unstable and cause the roomba to not operate right. Hope you found this helpful.

I think your confusion over this thing is justified, and I'm with you. It feels like Irobot is playing catch up, by introducing a product which might have been competitive 3 to 5 years ago. It's a real shame and it looks like better products exist at that price point. There are a lot of rumors this isn't even made by Irobot, too bad since the old 600 series was so robust, I doubt this will be.

Thank you for this review. I just bought it, such an ekstreme dissapointment. I really wish i had seen this video before i wasted my money. I found this video because i was sure that there was a problem with mine, but I see, thats just how it is.

iRobot is the only one I think; however, even though they’re combo robots aren’t the best (though I’ve loved the roomba combo j9+) they’re single application robots are really good. At least with my experience with the braava jet m6 and j/i series and they last really long; ny i7 which I bought I think five years ago is still working great.

With this kinda products irobot will go bankrupt by the end of this year, they are so much behind the competition it is unbelievable. It is like nokia vs iphone techwise

Wow what a disappointment! Making sure it doesn't mop your carpet is a no brainer. I can't believe they'd release it with that flaw.
