I have 2 cats who shed horribly and 3 kids oldest is 7 about to be 8 ....so the hardwood floors is always a hassle to keep clean....would this work for my family

@@truthhurts9087 It’ll work wonders. My doggo sheds a lot too and it does really good. Only flaw id say is that it doesn’t go in particular pattern. It goes randomly lol. But it gets the job done 😄

How does it work with different floor levels 1st floor to 2nd floor, do you just lift up the stairs and away it goes ?

Does it work for hardwrood?

Hi, great video! I just purchased this, and as I’m trying to set it up, I am unable to start my first clean job. My Roomba says “Unable to start. Re-install Roomba’s bin.” Do you have any suggestions or solutions to this? I must have taken out the bin and put it back in a dozen times now, but my Roomba won’t sense it! Any help you could provide will be greatly appreciated!

Seems like alot work . With my hair and 2 cats 🐈 😻 I have vaccum everyday and empty canister 3 times . Love my bissel pet rewind . Every spring I have give my 2 tiger orange tabby brothers cats the lion cut as they shed so much. Can vacuum and 20 miss later do again and find new pet hair 😆

Hi, Love Your Video. I Bought This Roomba Because I Always Wanted One And It Was The Cheapest At Best Buy. I Already Love It And It Runs Great. It's Like A Little R2-D2 From Star Wars. Hi Yeni, unfortunately it not dual voltage. It is the US standard voltage of 110.

Honestly, this one is pretty noisy. That may be one of the only cons with this one, is that it doesn't have a silent mode.

Will it go to recharge and then take off again on its own?

Not on it’s own. It finds the charger, but you have to turn it on again

Hi G_Mason, I realized after the fact that the iRobot Roomba 694 is not a mapping robot vacuum; instead this budget vacuum is more like a giant pool ball that moves in a straight line until it bounces off of a wall or other obstacle. ... This vacuum is also smart enough that if you start it off of its dock, it'll still return to the dock when cleaning is complete. Hope this helps.

@@instantvortex3429 no irobot has one of the worst suction it's just it's dual brushes that makes it good but that patent runs out soon so all companies are about to start using it

iRobot still sells replacement parts for the original Roomba. The dual brush mode eliminates the need for "strong" suction. This means you can have a smaller suction motor and use a smaller battery. Also, iRobot 600 series are very modular, so you can basically rebuild one from near scratch. Suction motor go out? No problem, replace the Aerovac/Aeroforce bin. One of the drive wheels goes out? replace it. Need a new side brush motor. Easy peasy. iRobot vacuums are easy to maintain, are built well, and are nearly always at the top of the heap in cleaning ability. The Wyze robot is a chinese built robot, who's LIDAR modules go notoriously bad after about 2 years, with no easy, factory approved way to replace them. Replacement filters and side brushes are not as easily found, and while Wyze is a great company, they do not have a 20 year track record building and servicing their robots. And for smaller floor plans, random bots usually do a better job at cleaning because they go over the same area multiple times per run. I would only consider a "smart" navigation bot like the LIDAR bots for a floor plan over 1500 square feet.
