Why does the video become black after 9 minutes? I have a charging error 1. Connectors under the battery and on the Dock have been cleaned.

I have this and it will no longer dock and charge. It runs well with a charged battery, but when placed on the charger or pressing the dock button, it will not dock.

Try cleaning the switches or check if the docking sensor wire is broken. The docking sensor is the round button-like protruding in the bumper.

Found a broken sensor wire on ours, replaced the sensor with one we ordered but probably could have just spliced the wire again. So many screws !!!
