Irkutsk, East Siberia
The city of Irkutsk in East Siberia is near Lake Baikal on the Trans-Siberian Railway route. The city was once the home of the Russian aristocrats (the Decembrists). They were exiled from Moscow early in the 19th century for taking part in an uprising against the czar of Russia (26th December 1825).

I wonder if my mom was from Irkutsk, but she was very academically inclined herself and we lived in Helsinki Finland. The large institut or university department like buildings ought to have leave trees outside them for comfortable walk to and from the building, so that atleast winter time one would learn more complex structures in thinking from watching their braches and beauty forming a clear complex picture of the tree in one's ming, so one's thoughts would be more xact and landscape like objectuve holistic.
Isnt Irkutsk in South Siberia?

Yes, Irkutsk is in South-East Siberia. But we usually don't divide Suberia to South and North. We divide it to East and West.
You build millions of government apartments to space.
Karl Marx st, I used to live there!!
