As a German it still amazes me to see international / English / Irish / whatever speaking crowds singing along Rammstein's German lyrics. Tells you all you need to know about this band.

@@stefankaiser3354 Well, missing the multi-layered, subtle and often ironic and ambivalent nature of Rammstein's lyrics, vocal style and imagery is a pretty common phenomenon, especially among superficial observers. Rammstein play with stereotypes, archetypes, contructions of national identity, and often use irony and grotesque exaggerations in order to deconstruct ideologies. It's also quite funny when people polemicise about stupid or primitive lyrics or whatever, while their lyrics quote Goethe or Brecht. But nevermind, nobody has to like it. Or understand. It's just art.

@@marius7133 Well, Laibach mastered this "subtle" game with Teutonic military aesthetics 15 years earlier than Rammstein. Now Till and his gang have been doing the same sh*t for 30 years and after almost 45 years in total it has little to do with "great art". And the typical Rammstein fan doesn't understand the depth behind it anyway. Let's be honest, all they want is fire up on stage, with lot of noise and marching music played with electric guitars. Well that, and a couple of beers🍺🥴

Cool. Where are the best places? Where is the clearest sound? I'm going to go to as many concerts as possible next year. I'll take earplugs. I was in Marseille this year, my ears were very blocked and I heard the music with my body, but the purity of the sound was lost with my ears.

Good to see a bit of movement in the crowd and not everyone standing there holding mobile phones.... Should have been better though. 20 years ago that would have been a mosh pit and you couldn't hold a phone.
