try to dodge his Q by moving unpredictably, Use your Q to minions for quick escapes and to dodge his Q, Save your E to stun him when he goes aggressive. Also, consider building defensive items early to survive his burst, go all in when he has no Q stacks, works best if u can surprise quickly with R flash E E it's the best Surprise one shot combo! Good luck!

Always omni, but sometimes against fiora or riven i get ad resist boots
You should try tanl irelia it's really good: grasp, n orb, second wind, overgrowth and brutal, items: plated steelcaps, heatsteel, tri force, terminus, thornmail and bork
