What do I do in a snowy day? Of course the first thing I do is to take a walk in my city. So I started my one day walk from Armitaj shopping mall which is one of the most popular shopping malls in Mashhad. You can see the variety of shops and products that will meet your needs. It is a fun place if you’re interested in decorative things. Although it provides many things from clothes to special things for children.
So this mall may capture your eyes if you walk or drive in Haft-e tir street. For some of you that may not know, Haft-e tir Street is kinda one of the most croweded streets in Mashhad but at the same time is so attractive✨
After that I continued my walk to the metro station. To be honest I like the Metro system in Mashhad more than Tehran. It is more clean and on time than the metro in Tehran. If I want to talk about the metro here I should mention that you can buy/charge the ticket card via metro counters. There are one-way tickets and ticket cards. Ticket cards are two kinds: Zaer Card and Mancard. With Zaer Card you can also pay for the bus and parking the car. Charging is possible through the TVM devices and the phone application (Mancard/Mashhad Card) too.
By far, two lines are running and they plan to construct two other lines to cover more streets in the city. It’ll really help to solve the problem of traffic and passing long distances. Therefore, travelers can efficiently transfer in the city and spend their day away from traffic stress.
