Tourists from many countries for which Iran usually requires a visa are exempted from obtaining a visa for Kish. This island has an area of ​​91.5 square kilometers and leads from the north to Iran, from the east to the Strait of Hormuz, from the south to the United Arab Emirates and from the west to the countries of Bahrain, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
