this is very important product. iran government should help him increase production and improve quality by helping him train (or improve training) of old and new employees, improve factory layout to support additional production and help him secure a good and cheep supply chain. also vitally important that all of iran's industries should support each other rather then just focusing on exports. exports are important but for iran to be able to control inflation, companies need to find reliable and cheep suppliers locally. there should be a information network of some sort to various factories to buy from each other and help each other improve quality and reduce costs of production.

Germans are good at exactly this and that is exactly why they have no shortage of skilled labour in high tech engineering sector ( that is you don't just need good engineers but also skilled workers under them!!!) that will go a long way for iran's industries apart from reliable financing and management.
