Actually very helpfull .. All the lights of my IQOS were off without "appearent" charging.. Left it charging for about an 1h and then, i saw this video. Tried the "clicking both buttons" technique and the lights came on again!! :D Fixed! Thanks!

A friend of mine has this problem. The pocket charger's lit doen't open normaly and smoothly. It is kind of slow motion or he has to help it with his hand to open fully. It has pressure in the hinge.

Ok, i think i know the reason behind the cigarette breaking, and is called death on a timer, or programmed death. As i have experienced, the most common thing that breaks is the stick, but there is an odd thing, as it seems the stick breaks after 10-20 usages after the charger blinks the first time red (charging and cleaning at the same time). I own 3 devices, 1 broke and had the same symptoms, i replaced wotht the warranty, the second one i used for 3-4 months and i stopped using it, the third i bought 3 months ago and 2 weeks ago, i switched the chargers with the second one and guess what? The charger started blinking red, and after 10 usages or so, the newest stick died on the second charger, but the second stick works perfectly in the newest charger even tho is the most used one up till now. I am pretty sure the command is given by the charger to kill the stick, that unless you break by othet means the stick itself. So now, since is not ordinary smoking but it is still smoking i am waiting for the last stick to die and i wont give a damn and ill go IQS - i quit smoking at all!

Hello. My charger gets charged but it doesnt charge the stick. When I put the smoking stick into the charger, it starts to charge but after a few seconds it stops charging and it says it is completely charged. in my case its red also, cleaning button is orange on pocket, and top circle blinking orange. I went to nearby provider, official IQOS, they said they cannot replace without warranty, and I cannot find the warranty. so Im screwed?

why i dont get enough smoke from my iqos

I've just received my iqos 2.4 stick as a trial to see if I like it. I like it but there is one problem. It diesnt last longer than 1 and a half minutes and I barely get to have 7 puffs. I dont take long, deep puffs either. I've cleaned it (even though it's only been used 3 times) and still it's not lasting long at all. What can I do?

Hey, when trying to insert my heet cigarette, it won’t attach, like the hook inside the pen is not there anymore or idk, the cigarette won’t sit in place because it’s not attached to anything but when I remove the full cap of the pen I can see it inside. How can I fix this please?

Buna seara Teodora. Încearcă un alt pachet de HEETS. Daca este aceeași problema, schimba Penul/ stiloul daca mai ai garanție. Am întâlnit des problema , dar în majoritatea cazurilor trebuie schimbat penul. Să îmi spui daca ai reușit !

Hi, I have to press and hold button 2 secs on my holder 2-3 times until it's start blinking (heating). Is it normal? and can often puff for 8-12 times.

I also have a second one i bought, which works normal, but theres very little smoke when i smoke. and also after 5-6 puffs, it turns to red. have to recharge again. Exchange is free only if you still have warranty :D

Toomany problems with them.Ive had mine 5 months and they wont replace now it wont charge because I dont have proof of purchase even though the woman who sld it to me registered it when I bought it.Cigs dont smoke properly,needs constant cleaning,cost the same as cigarettes but a extra 80 pounds for a machine that lasts 5 months. Good idea and great when working right but doesnt very often and a useless warranty which is one yr inn the Uk not lifetime and should be 2yrs according to EU regulations on elctronic goods,basically,dont buy one.

Ai țigările uscate încearcă sa cumperi de undeva care le țin bine sau au volum mai mare de vânzări . Cei care le țin in display se usucă chiar dacă sunt sigilate. Încearcă asta prima oară. Dacă nu merge schimba țigareta

Iqos turs off after a 5-7 inhales and turns red. What is the probelm? Allready try to clen it, it is fully charged. Tryed a couple off heets and the problem is always the same.

Hi, there is a problem with it. Either is very dirty And overheats the pen, either is just a bad battery. Try cleaning it, make a reset and if the problem persist go for a replacement! Hope it helps!

I cant use mine any more its only blinking then after i remove it its still red I tried to press the 2 button the power button and the other one. But suddenly nothings happen.. Theres no light after i press it for a minutes what can i do?... I followed your instruction but nothings happen. ☹️ i really need to fix my iqos coz this is a gift from a friend.

It seems that is truth that so many visitors from Japan and Korea saying IQOS too too high defect rate !!!

Ok, so i I have a problem. My iqos pen finish quickly without vibrating. When I strat the pen he vibrate and after 1 minute it’s off. What am I supposed to do?

Hi Cris, even after resetting the charger, the heat stick's red light still blinks. I tried charging another heat stick with the charger and it worked. I hope you have a solution to this problem. Thanks

+Marissa De Joya HI, your stick is most likely damaged or just don't keep charge in the battery. Find any provider in your area and go them. They should replace free both the charging battery and stick! Let me know if you managed!

"Power brick", remember it is 2amp charger, so to get same experience make sure your replacement is also 2amp.

Don't worry mate this is normal. Before you start smoking there will always be a bit of smoke that comes out of the device.

Hi! I just got my Iqos 2.4 plus. When I plugged it in to the original charger and cable, it blinks up to 2 lights, and it's been charging for maybe an hour and it has not added a dot on the battery..is this normal? How do i fix this?

The pocket battery still has 2 dots, and it can still charges the stick. But it's not going up more than 2 dots. I'll try to leave it on the charger for a longer time. If ever you encounter this on your 2.4 plus, pls let me know. Thanks

+if you tried everything including reset on the battery and still doesn't work properly you need to replace it. Check the box and you have a guide how to get in touch with Phillip Morris to replace it.

PLEASE : Any fix for a solid RED light on the cigarette? I bought it new but i have no access for warranty... it has not worked since i first charged it and turned it on. The cigarette will initiate with the long press, it will vibrate and have a blinking white light. But when i see a solid white light I will try and have a draw, and i will get just a split second of heating then the button turns to solid RED... then I can only put it in the charger and wait for about 30s for it to fully charge to get rid of the Red light. And the problem just persist... hope there is a fix! If not its 150$ down the trash!!!

Hey there Jesus , if only vibrates once in a while it’s because it failed the vibration motor, or is about to. Any problems with the stick heating or smoking?

how many puffs does it takes until it turns off? if its between 12-14 should be fine, and that's the duration of the smoking time from the factory. so to conclude it takes around 14 puffs or 6 minutes whichever comes first! if the puff count doesn't add up try doing the soft reset.

Hi Ahmed, it is a battery issue then. If it doesn’t work by cleaning it and then by resetting it, just change it. I have about 4-5 devices home that have the same issues but out of warranty. The lifetime warranty they say it have it limited at 1 or 2 years depending where you live in the world. Best bet it’s the battery inside the pen that is gone . If possible go change it! If you use, IQOS 3; and stick charge not work; you un-plug stick and click charger button 45 second, after than it's reset it and problems solved.

hi sorry for the late answer....it usually because it gets hot, I assume you have cleaned it properly. count how may puts it takes until it stops . if its between 12-14 should be fine, and that's the duration of the smoking time from the factory. so to conclude it takes around 14 puffs or 6 minutes whichever comes first! if the puff count doesn't add up try doing the soft reset. finally if that doesn't help go straight to the shop and replace it. hope it helps.

First clean it properly it might be the blade full of "ash/ dirty" -then try restarting it with the pen in the charger as you see in my video's. If after all these it still does the same it is the battery at fault and needs changing. Best of luck and let me know if it worked!

So Martin, to keep it simple: if your pocket charger is low on battery it will take a longer time to charge the pen...hope its clear enough! I'm always saying that if anyone can do a better review, just do it. The review was just a helping tool for anyone experiencing what I have experienced and found no help anywhere! Have a good one!
