I m fascinated by ur interest in retro gadgets and i have already ordered a old ipod nano 7th gen and curious to know that is there any possibility to play fm radio on speaker by any workaround via aux adapter. I m searching for this on internet non stop for any solution and none helped much until i found you and u are my best bet sir for any any concrete solution or suggestions or 1 video that might hit the internet as well . I am hoping u will definitely try out and reply . Thanks again sir . Enjoying ur old videos. 🙏🤞

Any 3.5mm audio cable will activate the FM radio and act as an antenna. You can plug the other end into any AUX source, and pipe to radio to that source. You cannot, however, redirect the radio through either the Lightning port or Bluetooth.

And my 2020 Honda Civic. It seems most head units still recognize an iPod and put it into accessory mode. This works with 30-pin iPods too.

Does the volume control of the iPod works with the headphones?

I believe you only control the volume on the headphones themselves.

One more doubt/question sir . Have u tried any 30 pin dock speaker/charging station with dac after connecting the lightning to 30 pin female adapter that u have used in the video and u found some success and if yes will it work . Bcz i m thinking to order the adapter u mentioned and one philips 30 pin dock speaker name ds1150/12 model name . Plz reply thanks 🙏 sir .

Yes, the 30-pin to Lighting adapter allows you to use the 7th Gen Nano with a variety of 30-pin audio docks.
