FR Rockstar im using s9 and iphonex S9 and iphonex has almost same battery life but s9 has issues that device turns off at 5persent .but samsung ‘s fast charge is the beast!! Second display ipx has much brightness display . No laggy and smooth is way better on ipx .camera i love both ! Movie, youtube s9 definetly winner

Hey Tim, is the S9+ here the Snapdragon 845 model, or the Exynos variant ? You usually provide the competing devices' specs in the beginning of the video, but not this time...so I'm just curious.

Although there are a lot of features I miss out on having with my s9, I still give it credit for how well it holds up to the iPhone. I personally would prefer the s9 over the s10 and s20 since it justifies the price you pay. It’s honestly impressive for both phones. We are at a time where we don’t need to worry if a phone’s fast or not anyways. And if you do worry about that with a new phone, then try living 10 years ago with that technology. I’m very pleased with all options on the market. I love that iPhones work best for people who want the best security, and I love that galaxies are very quick in performance.

Snapdragon or exynos version is used in the video?

Easy win for the S9 in ALL CATEGORIES. Its still one of the best phones on the market. This was a blow out.

@@IamUzyf for the "second round" everything is stored in memory so it's a matter of touchwiz. Install a custom launcher or set animation scale to 0.5 and you're good to go

My S9+ is the fastest Galaxy phone I've ever owned I haven't experienced any slow down or lagging like previous Galaxy phones. I've always agreed iPhones transitioned to other apps quicker but that's no longer the case 😍😍

S9+ wins it easily. This proves that the benchmarks of the A12 bionic aren't really that relevant in day to day operations. And the days of Slow Samsung phones are finally long gone. 🤗

@@KevinRodriguezYT maybe slightly. But for the general user it won't matter as no one uses 15 apps at once. Everyone closes the apps after they're done with it. And reopening app speed difference will only arise when there are multiple apps like 15 apps opened at the same time otherwise if it's 4 or 5 it doesn't make a difference.

Speed test is tricky... What about a ram management with opened apps 30 minutes before?

Please do the same test with the same exact two phones in a year from now. Also, where can I find a camera comparison between these two beast?

Loved this side by side comparison and i know its not meant to be perfect but i just wanted to say that your right hand is likely to be rougher and drier which will cause click delay until more pressure it applied. Its probably more noticeable to me as im a mailman and handle paper all day but i just wanted to say that as the galaxy looked like it took a millisecond longer to recognize your finger press as opposed to your silky smooth left hand. Unless of course youre left handed \= . Dumb rant over and i love the video i just wanted to say something i noticed

I feel like the first test could've been operated more accurately, since turning it on at the same time could have some human error, I'd prefer it if you recorded each phone individually and time it according to what time you let go of the power button. But that's just my opinion, correct me if i'm wrong ^^

Well depending on which GB model you would get with the iPhone. Galaxy has expandable memory. Which is awesome but with resale value of course the iPhone will always hold its value better as for. 4 to 5 years I cant really tell you my s9 plus I'm using since 1 year is still very fast since the day I got it and I know will last longer. It's really up to you

This is a promising speed test and the S9+ Is still a beast when it comes to preformance against any iPhone not in games but in different apps and great in boot up test when there is secured by knox.

I was expecting a little more from the iPhone xr because it has the same chip as the xs(max), maybe because of a little bit of optimization problems? Just for knowledge if you are curious about which phone I'm using right now, I'm using the s9 plus.

I have an S8+ I unfortunately could not find a good deal on an S9+. My carrier offered me an iPhone XR for $0 so I took it. I am still using my S8+ and don't know when I'll transition to the iPhone XR sitting in my desk.

I think that both of these phones are beasts but, to each its own...

I think its cuz the note 9 doesn't have the 855 or a 7nn chip and the note 9 has a spen to charge and stuff....

S9 is superior as a phone but I like the theme for iPhone
