I've used the iPhone 11 Pro Max and Samsung Note 10 Plus, both flagships of the same year, I feel much more comfortable using the Note 10 Plus because it's more responsive and easier to use...it's not complicated and long-winded like the iPhone. My main issue is how expensive iPhones are yet how easy they are to break and their anti repair ideas. It's ridiculously hard to repair them things and even if you have apple care then you'd still hafta pay out the ass to fix your devices. Apple goes out of their way to make their phones irreparable, that's the main reason I don't prefer them. But I'd be lying if I didn't say that it didn't look good, it's like a fragile yet beautiful snow flake. But for me I'm more of a function over form, if it works for what I need then I'm just fine.

But iphone 6,5 or even 4s or 4 doesnot freeze and function much faster and smoother compared to samsung phones that were released in the same years with those iphones. But both phones are good for different uses. I just prefer phones that are more functional and rugged allowing for abuse so if I accidentally drop it it won't break, but those rugged phones don't look good and like I said, to me looks don't matter. Even then you can still get cases for both Android and iPhone, but there is more freedom on Android phones as they allow for way more customization and more support for different apps. I need a Samsung phone for a medical device connected to my body at all times that does not have support for iPhones, different phones better for different things and I have no need for an iPhone.

​@@softboxboy 😆😆😆 you haven't used a new Galaxy S24 Ultra with 144hz refresh display and who do you think makes those beautiful displays on Apple phones since the iPhone X it's Samsung and sure Snapdragon Chips have been lagging behind Apple for years but that is all changing a couple years ago Snapdragon hired away two of Apples best Chip designers and the Chips coming out of Snapdragon now are on par or better than Apples.

From what I see one map is fluid with “basic” 3d graphics. The other one is satellite view with a bunch of extra features I wouldn’t use while being super laggy… 😅

Each person who uses the phone that they like the most and that there is no discussion or rejection due to technological device 🤔

Just did the "extra heavy images" immersive view on my iPhone, ran at a decently smooth 30fps, way more than the phone in this video. He should have ran the same mode on both phones to show how laggy the Android phone is in an even comparison.

It's not the screen. The rendering is done on Google servers and requires WiFi. The lag is because of the WiFi speed and not because the phone is bad

It's about touch response. I am using both for 5years. when two fingers zoom in, iPhone responses much faster.(even scrolling news). There is a lag on Samsung's top tier phones.(touch response speed). one more, iPhone pro lines use much better oled panels than regular iPhones(Black expression is deeper). Pro iPhones and Samsung ultras seem using same oled screen qualities.

@@DARlNDLER You can see that there isn't even a texture, shadow and lighting details in the s24 are much more detailed, I even tested it on my poco f5 and the level of detail is very high. If you test on the iPhone it could be much worse, Apple has great cpu's but in gpu it loses badly in all graphics tests

Sounds like a comparison between Google Maps more than the phone itself. I do love both maps, they both have their own strengths. I mainly love the apple maps, because they actually give you clear indications when turning. For example, Apple maps will say, at the next stop sign, turn right. Google maps will just be like, "in a quarter of a mile, turn right".

iPhone’s UI is way smoother, but it’s understandable there is more data to load for the 3D stuff on the Samsung.

It's loading no 3D stuff, the mode it's using is streaming a video from Google servers, and it can't even handle that.

The level of detail in the 3D models loaded by the two is completely different, with the iOS model being very simplistic.
