Your symptoms are not clear. Especially you said not the cell phone and wait for it to turn on. Also, there is a difference between the self-power off or just deep sleep.

@@iPhoneServiceMalaysia sorry for the confusion, i think the problem is called black screen, every time the screen goes black and after a few moments it turns on again.

Can i ask po if whats the issue or problem of my iphone 11, its keep on blackscreen. Then yesterday ill go in the technician but in the analytics improvements they didnt see anything problem like panic log. What should i do?

Have you changed the screen before?

I just tried to replace the iPhone XR battery by moving the old BMS battery to the new battery. but after a few days my cellphone suddenly often turns off or loses charge. What caused it? this is happening on other phones as well. pleasw make video about it.

i'm in a certified Apple program. I have signed the agreement in order to take original parts from them directly. Cannot teach anything that is related to Apple authentic part bypass. Apple will bring hell to me if i do so.

Hi. Problem not same, yours one is standby issue. Deep sleep state powering has issue. Send to warranty. It’s a motherboard power problem usually.

@@iPhoneServiceMalaysia already checked with Apple SC. They diagnosed my phone and lucky enough it was panic-base and not panic full error. In my case, Shopee apps did something with audio channel and crash my iOS. Shopee apps seems buggy when viewing videos on review section. Now working okay again.
