@@akshaykrishna2956 bro its nothing, its about ur area whether 5G is stable or not. Now in my area 5G network is improving before that i thought there's a problem with my phone but its just about our area.

I’m using 5G but airtel thanks app said I don’t have 5G handset on iphone 12.

Not able to get Jio true 5g on IUS based. iPhone in India

Using US variant and getting Jio 5G only near the windows and that too getting only 10 mbps speed and the network jumps on LTE again and again...

JIO 5G is not working in any phones purchased from outside india even it supports all SA bands while Airtel 5G is working in all 5G compatibility phones.

@@arjundev7628 Maybe putting the sim card in a 5G Device that was purchased in India (Friends or Family Phones) and after getting the JIO 5G Welcome Offer putting it back to the imported/outside purchased phones can work. I haven't tried this method.

@@sgntech6285 It worked, you just need that welcome offer in your sim card & then enable SA Mode & change your preferred network to 5G in imported phones. It will start to show the 5G signal.

I have confirmed with Jio. Jio5G will work only on devices purchased within India. Applicable until December 2023 atleast.

I also purchased my phone from Kuwait OnePlus Nord CE 3 lite 5g but it's showing 4g

same issue on S22 also. I recently ordered it from amazon. 6 days later i got to know that it is the global variant and not the Indian version. So the jio customer care executive said that their 5g network its not compatible with the global version phones. Same thing said by the samsung customer care executive. Airtel 5g works fine but jio standalone 5g doesn't. It only shows as LTE+. Will this issue be resolved by Jio in the near future ??????

hi bro, as I mentioned 5G is in early stage right now. Both Airtel and Jio have not provided full 5G coverage even in areas that it made available. Temporarily you can switch to 5G manually while doing any downloads or uploads. Other times to avoid call disconnect or call failed problem, you can stay with LTE.

I dont think so. I use ji 5g on US variant iPhone bought from Dubai. It works seamlessly. I have a pixel 6a and it rarely catches 5G network. It was bougt from US. Maybe because it doesnt have Indian 5g bands.
