You have such good skill in handling heat gun and flux, amount of time required to make these changes makes it look simple, but really requires a lots of experience and dedication. I love watching this video.

You replaced all 3 because they are paired. If i was to replace the first chip with a new one would i still have to replace the other 2, do they have to be paired, or can you pair without changing all 3. Great vid one of the best for showing you what to do

You need a heater, some flux and the chips ofc. Those things aren't cheap tho, so if you wanna remove icloud with hardware, you better make a living out of it (illegal ofc xD). Unless you wanna pay a lot of money to be able to hardware unlock icloud.

What equipment do u use and i have ic locked logic board but i want to take off iPhone logic board chips and reinstall them on the bare board but what do u mean if the old logic board is icloud locked and if i buy a bare logic board will it still work like a normal iphone

does the baseband chip (601_RF) need any programming or do these just start working together once setup.

Lifting chips up with a knife is a really bad idea, unless you want to destroy your board by ripping the BGA's pad off… You would better use a bigger nozzle on your heat gun, and while you heat the chip, touch it lightly with tweezers to see if solder has melted completely, then delicately pick it up while heating.
