I have the iPhone 15 pro max and it doesn’t overheat,it got a little warm when I first updated to iOS 17.0 and then transferred my old phone to it.Been using it for a week now ,taking pictures,video,texting,calls,KZread,instagram checking email .I also tested it for heat with Netflix,KZread,instagram and camera all running switching between all these apps for a good half hour and it never got hot. So for me over heating is NOT an issue. Thank you Justine for your videos,keep them coming !!

same here. First day it was hot because it has to transfer everything. After that it's been fine. I do wish the battery was a bit better however, but it still gets through a full day easily. The overheating stuff is as usual over-dramatized. With any new product theres always a few that might have issues out of millions, but too many channels acting like its a guarantee.

I’ve also been loving the pro max. I haven’t seen much of the downsides (heat, smudges, etc) and the phone has been really great. I was upgrading from the 12 PM so it’s been a huge upgrade from me.

I got the 15 pro max in blue. I love it. I love the bigger screen of the max, the weight is just right, and the cameras are awesome. It is fast too! I’ve not had the overheating issues others have talked about, so super happy with this upgrade.

I got the iPhone 15 in blue. I had the 12. What an upgrade! Always come to you for all iPhone info! Love you Justine. ❤️

I have the 12 and debating between 15 or 15 pro for processing chip and camera. Toiling!!

I think updates to the Photonic Engine as well as Smart HDR 5 impacted the Front Camera the most as you've mentioned they seem to be significantly better compared to the previous generation despite sporting the same sensors.

I bought the 15 Pro Max on launch day…it’s a major upgrade thanks to the Action Button, Titanium frame, and updated cameras. I used a Shortcut so my Action Button pulls up Google Assistant, ChatGPT, a calculator, screen rotation lock, and a mute switch…it’s completely changed how I use my iPhone. The Titanium frame makes the phone so much lighter and comfortable to hold. The new cameras have nailed night mode, selfies, and the 5 times zoom. I’ve had 0 issues with overheating and my only complaint would be that battery life is the same as the 14 Pro Max even though it supposedly got bigger. Overall the iPhone 15 Pro Max has a great user experience and it’s not the same old iPhone once you learn how to program the Action Button

I had my 15PM delivered yesterday due to a supply delay, On first impressions I couldn't be more happy with it, most noticeable is that every things seems more snappy than my 14PM which I thought maybe was phycological to begin with but a lot say the same like yourself. Some reported heating issues but mine seems fine with that also for my usage at least. I haven't tested the camera with anything to compare with yet but do have the action button set to open the camera..The weight feels so much lighter (looks only a mild change in the specs) but makes a very noticeable difference. It's fantastic that (on supported models - iPhone 13 upwards) you can shoot ProRes videos on the front facing camera! Utterly amazing phones and software.

One week later with my iPhone 15 pro max natural titanium and I’m so in love. Cameras have improved, it has such a sleek feeling in your hand. Cheers to Apple for listening to understanding what we want. 🎉

I absolutely love the new little notification sound! Apps that never used to make a notification sound now do 😄

I love my 15 pro max. It’s such an upgrade from my 11 pro max. I am so happy and completely satisfied with the software and the cameras. Love the DSLR esque photos

I went from an iPhone 11 Pro Max to the iPhone 15 Pro Max 1T and love how light weight it is, always on display, so much so the camera

one thing i loved about the new ios 17 is how they improved the airdrop feature. i airdrop large videos and pictures from my iphone xr to my ipad pro frequently and it was somewhat a mess and a wild guess to as to whether it would finish or not, i had to select fewer files to ensure they reach my ipad. but now, u get a neat little notification to sjow u the progress of ur airdrop and i noticed tht it is significantly faster thn before. idk if thts just an illusion for me or real. still not 100 percent sure. still, we needed this update and apple took a long time to deliver. airdrop is crucial for us lot as we transfer a lot of pictures and videos.

I just upgraded to natural titanium pro 15 from iPhone 11 purple yesterday and oooooly upgrade! I leeeerve it! I’m getting a fully encased clear case with mag case and camera lenses cover and with a magsafe ring holder for the back because how light it is!! I’m scared I’ll drop it! I feel like The 3 cameras lenses make it side-top heavy and if I drop it and crack a camera lens I’ll cry! I definitely noticed right away how fast and seemless the swiping is from the screen. It’s verrrry noticeable and flawless. The photos are so crispyyy even outside at night! I took some point five outside last night and the difference was impeccable and impressive!!

I got the regular iphone 15 in pink Yesterday and i just love it!!! 🤩

Hopefully they add more functions to the action button soon by double and triple tapping. They should also allow you to change the flashlight and camera buttons on the lock screen to other functions.

I went from iPhone 13 mini to iPhone 15 Pro and I was just saying to my girlfriend yesterday how it’s just so smooth. I never experienced moving between apps as problematic on previous phones, but the difference is so noticeable. And the screen resolution is breathtaking- so clear, so crisp, I struggled to describe it cause it doesn’t feel like looking at a screen at all but then that makes no sense! On a sidenote, I have always had the leather cases on my iPhones because of their smoothness. I was unsure about the change to the Finewoven case (though a big fan ethically speaking), but I love the Finewoven so much I wouldn’t want the leather case back. I love how it’s still so soft, but also has that little bit of texture that is so satisfying to the touch.

@@6sants954I was actually concerned about the Max being too big. It’s not as awkward as I thought it could be and after a week I’m kind of used to it. Plus the screen is so beautiful I’m willing to put up with any issues of size.

Isn’t it the quickest way access the camera is swiping the screen from right to left on the Lock Screen to activate the camera in less than a second? I always do that and I don’t need press and hold any button.

@@leeck_anderson9492 I only experienced overheating the first time I received it and was transferring all my information over from my 12 pro, other than that it’s been perfectly fine using every app like twitter, instagram, played FC mobile, and no overheating whatsoever, the battery life is honestly pretty good too.

Howdy iJ. Been a fan for a while. I'm mostly android, I do have the iPhone 12 and series 7 watch 45mm. My wife made me get them because of the call 911 feature. I go under house as a self employed plumber and I'm 54. She wanted to make sure if for some reason I'm unable to call for help, the watch will. For some reason all my kids use the iPhone. My 16 yr old has an 11. This Xmas she's getting the 15 pro max because AT&T has a great deal on upgrade with a trade in. Tyvm for ALL your content. I enjoyed them all. Maintain your excellence and peace ✌️ out.

I got the iphone 15 pro white and I upgraded from the 13 pro only because I wasn’t working, audio issues, camera having dots in pictures. etc. however I do like this phone even though it has a weird crop for snapchat and instagram but I have gotten used to it. the overheating isn’t big it’s small for me and random.

Finally, somebody talked about notification sounds!! Annoying sounds, I'd have noticed! So))). How can I change it? I walked through all the notification settings(((

I went from the 14 Pro Max to the 15 Pro Max and it was noticeably snappier for sure. And I transfered everything over so it was not because of a fresh start and I was already on IOS 17.

lol the new notification noises are my favorite and we actually use the same one

I don't have an iPhone but love your videos , very informative, considering jumping ship from android just not sure , I think for me any iPhone I get will be an upgrade at this point , I truly was waiting for the I phone 15 to come out to see the different features, watching this review is kind of pushing me that way, thank you for the video , love your reviews .

Personally, I think the iPhone is fancy garbage. The only thing the iPhone has over the competitors, is friendly animations and taptic feedback. It's a great device.. but at that price point, there are better options

I relate to to the dropping of the phone so much. I do not know if the 20+ screen protectors I have tried are just awful or if I am just a menace. I crack a screen protector on average at least once a month but this month has been a moment because I am on my fourth screen protector.

@@bees_nail_art82 Never?!? I Can’t relate. I dropped my new phone within a few hours of having it 😬😬. But good thing it only fell about 4 ft high. And I bought a phone case and screen protector beforehand, so it already had it on.

My iPhone 15 pro was delivered 4hours ago. My first impression: its so good to hold in hand. To put any case on it feels really bad. What I spent most of the time doing with 15, is to just edit old portrait pictures which were taken via 13 mini. That refocus is nice.

I came from a 128 gig IPhone 11 in black to a 1TB 15 Pro Max in blue. I’m obviously someone that keeps my phones for a long time so I wanted to get what I really wanted. It’s a major upgrade. My 11’s battery was at 75% max capacity so it was dying through the day, which is why I upgraded in the first place. I’m really grateful that I ordered early enough on preorder day to get mine on release day. I’ve never done anything like that before but I was holding out for the 15 models to come out. I’m very impressed with the phone.

All I did was get a new battery installed in my near mint condition (and mint green) iPhone 11. Cheap. But yeah, I get it. Techy people feel they need to upgrade while others don't. You went for the big boy phone. I'm glad you like yours!

The expenses for replacing those 4 things is around 800 bucks and I was able to buy an iphone 15 plus pink via my phone provider for around the same price, so I chose to upgrade instead 😅

I got my iPhone 15 pro, the battery doesn't last at all, at the moment 100% and after a while it's 75%, how is it possible for it to fly that fast? Does the same thing happen to you? Doesn't it last a day?

Also love that new sound on iOS 17! I got loads of them from different apps and was hearing them and thinking what app is making that noise as it's a really nice sound but then noticed that it was just the new default notification sound but yep it's a really nicely thought out sound that just works.

I'm just here wondering how an improved ringtone is something so exciting to be celebrated though...has the innovation of the iPhone peaked?
