The back glass on my 14 pro got a crack in it and I did an insurance claim and they offered me a 15 pro for the $99 replacement cost. While I like the action button and it’s nice that all my devices use the same charging type, if it weren’t for getting it through the claim, I wouldn’t have upgraded this time. Just not enough different

i upgraded from my iPhone 12 to the 14 Pro. Battery is quite good for me, performance is spot on especially because of 120Hz. I don't think there's the need to upgrade for another 3 years for sure.

I hate that my 14 Pro is so heavy, but I love that it feels indestructible. I believe the 14 Pro was the most durable iphone ever. I’ve seen it survive some crazy drop tests, beating out the 15 Pro.

Still using a 13 Pro Max. No plans to upgrade any time soon

Thank you Nick for the comparison between these phones, I have the 14 Pro and I couldn’t decide on keeping it or getting the 15 Pro and I’m gonna just stay with my 14 Pro, it works just fine and should last me years. Might upgrade when the 17 Pro comes out. Thanks again Nick, awesome video.

I’ve had the 14 pro since launch pretty much October 2022. This has been the best iPhone I’ve ever used I upgraded from the 11 pro which was also a great phone. I might even skip the 16 as well at this point.

Same here! This is my first iPhone as well and it’s been great so far

I upgraded from the 14 Pro to the 15 Pro for a few reasons I justified for my needs. For starters, the new weight of the 15 Pro is noticeable and a lot easier to hold in the hand. The USB-C helps me being a musician so I can now use my iPhone when I don’t have my iPad or MacBook with me for shows and the iPhone is more pocketable than those. The HDR5 takes warmer, better photos than the 14 Pro and the 15 doesn’t have the oversharpened effect the 14 Pro does. Lastly, LOG. I wanted to get into LOG footage for professional reasons and the Pro Max was too big for me. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase, but it’s not for everyone.

14 pros over sharpening has been completely fixed with iOS 17… and I don’t understand why people complaining about the weight of a phone? Are you that weak? Everything else I understand

@@michealadebzIt’s all personal preference. I wasn’t happy with the photos even under iOS17 in comparison as they were not true to life for me and much cooler than the 15 Pro’s. The weight wasn’t anything truly bothersome, but I can tell the difference.

@@michealadebz the sharp and squared-off sides dig into the hands more than necessary. The weight is also more than what’s comfortable. The 15 pro definitely feels better. We need to go back to rounded and lighter phones for ergonomics. It’s not about being weak or not, it’s about how pleasing it is to hold. The new one is simply better in that regard.

I just got 15 pro.. because I have money, didn’t want a big phone and I was upgrading from the XR. I was recommended to save money and get 14 instead but I’m happy with it so far, big upgrade for me. I don’t mind the zoom or whatever.

Sad X stayed on ios 16 and Xs is getting ios 18. But man their size, rounded frames, feeling are great. Ignoring price and age, handling to people X and 14/15 pro i think many would still prefer X

Honestly I don't agree with the fact that the 14 pro doesn't need a case. As a 14 pro user I don't drop it that often (never, basically), but the two times it did fall, the back glass broke. Reparation cost €700. That's totally ridiculous. So I'll continue using a case, because it is, at certain angles, very very fragile. Apperantly.

I have only just got my 13 pro max recently and I am the same. Never used a case on my old iPhones but these “new” iPhones feel so fragile compared to the one ones.I don’t get people who don’t use cases on these pro iPhones

Since the 13s Apple hasn’t really changed much. 13 series was the iPhones biggest upgrade. 120hz,pro raw,cinematic mode,pro res,a15,real all day battery etc. since the 13 pros Apple barely has changed much on the pro iPhones especially compared to samsung 😡

Apple locks always on displays (a feature on all android phones) to their 14pros and above just to say they added something. I hate those color corners accents around the cameras on the 15 pro. They make the lenses look so cheap and tacky.

If the 14 pro is more expensive…..don’t even consider it. 15 pro is better in every aspect, and the overheating issues have been resolved long ago. Performance and battery life has also improved from initial period.

@@chrisroby3281 I adjusted it pretty fast, especially the high refresh rate display because my PC is 240 Hz I also had a OnePlus 7T before the mini that I gave to my mom sometimes I think I should’ve went with the regular pro instead of the promax though. 6.1 inches the most comfortable size I think.

When IPhone 15 warms more then 14 even with fixes still a draw back for me so until they get that 100% can take a year or 2

Phones have plateaued. There really isn't much point in upgrading your flagship every year anymore.

They haven't plateaued. Some phone makers got lazy and are enjoying consistent sales, so they don't want to rock the boat too much. If it isn't broken, why fix it or change it.

Hi,guys I did switch from 14Pro to 15Pro and as a daily user(work+private) have 2 Sim´s(numbers) in it and I see difference!!A17 is much smoother and faster chip.Display is brighter,too.The overalfeeling is great,recommending👍

There's a major difference! The 14 pro is much handsome with aluminum frame and sharp edges! Not like the plasticky titanium

Literally everything that can be done with the action button cn be replicated with the shortcuts app 🙄

If you really need a "pro" camera, a phone isn't what you should be looking for. A camera cheaper than either of these will produce a lot better images and videos when paired with a proper lens

Only thing i dont like about my 14 pro is the battery health degrading much faster. Im at 91 % after a year now. I charge it normally and i dont use my phone that much
