I loved my iPad Pro M1 when it launched but had gave it to my mom because I finished school and it was collecting dust at home. It was handling everything I threw at it with no issues but at the end of the day, it's still an iPad with very limited software. I recent bought a Galaxy Fold 5 to daily with my iPhone 13 Pro Max and oh boy did I miss android. It was able to do more than my iPhone than ever. I wish Apple would step up with iPadOS and let it do more, otherwise it's still going to be a glorified giant iPhone. I'm actually rooting for the iPad to improve because I don't really want to get a TabS9Ultra over it.

I set for my iPhone 15 pro, iPad Pro m4"s wallpaper...looks so cool.

@@blaiddfumbler OLED is the quality of pixels and not screen size. Screen size has stayed the same for the last 6 years or so. The wallpaper doesn’t fit right and looks off when on an iPhone.

The A17 Pro is getting close to M1 speeds, but the M4 is on another planet. The M4 iPad is definitely overkill and future proofed for a long time.

Ive noticed that you sometimes doubletap on the display to wake it, but you only need to do it once.

So I have the iPhone 15 pro max from the S22 ultra. Just like the iPhone better. I have the original iPad Pro that my wife and I still use. Great device but just for the pro with the m4 and must say it’s a nice upgrade. Got rid of my windows pc and only use the iPads now. Wanted minimal but powerful.

Yes I am aware of that content it has to load more, but this is just the app launch test you are referring to, if you watch longer towards the end of the video the results of benchmarks, graphics, and video rendering there was a big gap in performance between the two devices

i believe the extra saturation hes talking about may be purley placebo as he has a superdark background on ipad and a much lighter one on iphone meaning the constrast is more obvious on ipad

I checked that, but It's not, I think the dual stack tandem just was tuned a bit more saturated. I've been looking closely at these displays over the past couple days the iPhone appears to be tuned to be a bit more Natural colors.

Just comparing their base cores speed that’s why their is nothing much difference,since they may both clocked at same speed try to do intense tasks so their high performance core activates so we can see real difference between.

I have both and I’m not satisfied with iPhone 15 pro max battery. Nevertheless I’m extremely happy with iPad pro M4 performance.

FunFact: iPad16,3 is right, cause it’s the iPad ID. Search on everymac for this ID and you get the new ipad m4 as result.

@@Pedro145aI have both and I played re4 on both and it is still the same resolution on both. The game doesn’t have a settings for graphics like it does on a console or a pc.

@@easternv1lle maybe not anhuge difference, but with the extra cpu core you get 8gb more ram. In technical terms, higher the ram better the performance, especially in multiple/graphic intensive tasks.

M4 should be slightly faster. Newer chip with more cores. You have one less performance core unless you get the 1TB model and they also have 16 gigs of RAM on the 1TB model

Tandem OLED is the definition of smoke and mirrors. It doesn't look any better than a single OLED. It's insane that Apple is considered a visionary company and they consider innovating just putting a screen underneath a screen.

Everything is fine but doesn't this guy test games in real time to see how his behavior and performance are? 😅I think you would do better than any other guy here on the platform.😊

Why IPad M4 have only 50 fps in 3D mark? Yes it’s better than 20 fps in iPhone, but Android smartphones with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 have 30-32 fps in this test. 🤷‍♂️
