@@MatthewMoscotto Honestly the material on the side feels like a plastic/rubber hybrid, so it could definitely have more grip, but I don't personally believe it's slippery! Didn't slip out of my hands easily.

@@randyjose7466yea I like that Spigen uses TPU on the bumpers of their cases. TPU gives you some bite for grippy - ness.

So glad I watched this video. I decided to pick up the Ultra Hybrid because of this video. Now I think this case by Spigen may very well be my favorite case for my iPhone 15. It’s just so good. The buttons are clicky, the gripe is decent, the look is nice, and Absolutely hardly no fingerprints with the frosted back. The MagSafe is so strong! I just wished they made one with a dark blue bumper and a frosted back. I’d definitely double dip on this case if they ever do make one.

Congrats on hitting 100k subs brother!!!! Spigen has been stepping up year after year and this is their best year yet. Cant wait to see what they do moving forward!

Tee do you think the Spigen Enzo Aramid magnets are just as strong as this Ultra Hybrid case? I noticed you didn't do a magsafe shake test on the Aramid case so made me wonder. I bought the Spigen Leather case and for my iPhone 13 and it’s the best case I’ve ever had. Very solid and well made. I have dropped my phone many times and not a scratch on it. Spigen makes great phone cases

I have the speaking over hybrid mag, frosted clear from my 15 promax and my 14+. I just love this case because it’s a good every day case and it takes all of the boxes to perfection. As usual for the money, you cannot beat the speaking, ultra hybrid mag, whether you get the smoked black or the frosted clear like I have.

I’m not too crazy about the Zero one to be honestly. Maybe it’s the clear sides or something. Haven’t checked it out for the 15 series yet.

You know I actually have that case and I need to dig it out to see what’s up with it.

Great case. The lip covers more of the bezel on the front without having that top speaker cutout. It does this by creating a little channel for the sound to come down. Not a lot of cases do this, so it's good to see here. There is almost no gap between my spigen screen protector and the case lip.

sorry to be late, but can the raised lip around the cameras eventually protect them against a drop? is the lip raised enough? can’t find on their site many things about it

Man it’s solid as hell and you can’t beat getting this thing for $20 right now. Hell buy an extra one lol.

I'm using this case right now and I am also seriously impressed with the quality for $20. The Spigen Ultra Hybrid is the OG hybrid case and Spigen literally has a decade of experience finding workarounds for yellowing and scratching (like the colored TPU and frosted back). In contrast, I had ordered a dBrand Ghost case and ended up cancelling after seeing all the reports of it getting scratched up just by popping the phone in. My only complaint about this case is that it is a bit slick when your hands are dry, wish they could have carved in some texture on the sides so you didn't have to squeeze as much to hold on. I was using a Sheath before this after seeing your review and ended up returning it because it was too heavy for a "minimal" case. The Spigen feels noticeably lighter in hand. My wife also tried a Casetify bounce case (WAY too bulky and heavy on a Pro Max) and returned it for a Mous. While the Mous is a better overall (grip texture, contoured sides, grippy back), it's still really impressive what Spigen can deliver for $20.

@pedrogriffin1934 Yes I got the Black Titanium 15 pro and got myself the black sheath case and I love it. The only thing I don't like is how my sheath is raised a bit in the middle by the magsafe magnet. That's why I ordered the spigen case and yes, it actually feels a bit more plain and slim. Both are nice I think.

Sheathe for 15 pro max is kinda rougher compared to the previous sheathes and i switched to this on my space black. Lighter and smoother

I used to rock a clear Ultra Hybrid on my iPhone 6 Plus for 5 years straight. Legendary name for me.

Yo, you need to get the Arc Pulse case! It’s bad ass. So unique and unlike anything else. I preordered mine in September and got it two months later lol. Pretty sure they’re pretty readily available now.

The same case by BENKS has magnetic buttons and it’s totally fire.

This is the case I wanted for the 14 pro max. Too bad they didn’t make it available for that phone :/.

I have this case for my pro max, but it wont display on screen once attached on like other MagSafe compatible cases. 🤔

Couldn’t choose between the blue or natural titanium on the phone, I went with the blue and decided to get a natural titanium frost hybrid case and they look lovely together, get the full blue on the camera but also a nice frosted blue on the back while also looking like natural titanium on the bumpers, only issue is it digs a little into my screen protector in one corner and whenever I take it on and off I feel like I’ll scratch up my titanium

You don’t have to worry about yellowing when it comes to the frosted backs. At least from my experience.

Agreed. That’s the case I use on my 15 pro max and I also used it on my 13 pro I had before. Very solid case and the torras version comes with swappable buttons in different colors. Been hoping Tee would review it

Hmmmmmm both are very good and I’m actually trying to decide which one I like better. I really enjoy the thin form factor of the Spigen but I really enjoy both. Idk if I can answer that honestly.

How does this compare to the Torras magsafe frosted case? They look practically identical but the torras gives you extra buttons.

I got the 14 Pro Max on launch day in 2022 and have had this case (minus the MagSafe) on it since that day. It's the only case I've ever needed. If I decide to upgrade to the 15 Pro Max, I'm definitely grabbing this case, even though I don't really care much for MagSafe.

I got the teardown skin which looks sick with the dual layered design. The dbrand skin is a peel-off sticker, that’s what sold me on keeping my spigen right there.

DBrand Grip, Smartish Gripzilla just to name two off the top of my head.

Ringke Fusion X with MagSafe is way better than this one. I have both but the overall design and build quality of the Ringke blows the Spigen away.

@@TechnicallyTee Yeah not sure why the sides are cut so low to begin with. Would help with the firmness and also add a little more screen protection. If they did that, it would be the best frosted black case out there. Still prefer it over the Spigen though. I just love the way it feels and the textured buttons too.

But the magnets are not strong if you compare with ringke cases. Ringke cases can hold your phone on your fridge 😂 this can’t.

@@TechnicallyTee i am using a magsafe ringke fusion x with my 15pm ordered spigen ultra hubrid last day and its magnets are weak compared to my fusion x. My fusion x can hold my phon on my fridge on my cupboard without falling off while the spigen keeps on slidingOff couldn’t hold the phone. Try to do a review of fusion x magsafe version. Couldn’t find much videos about it in youtube also.

Where's the newish 14 Pro Max cases at. Not everyone upgrades to the latest bullshit.
