I just got mine a couple of days ago, and like you said, it was getting warm after setup. I started seeing all the KZread videos on it and thought if I made a mistake... But my 12 Pro Max also got warm. This is encouraging to see. After setup the 15 Pro Max has been great... Nervous about this FineWoven though LOL

Haha yes the finewoven issue is something I can’t defend the material definitely shows a lot of wear right away and that’s not a good look I can’t justify the price

Only if u have an always on display device so right now that only applies to iPhone 14 pro / iPhone 15 pro

Upgrading from iPhone 12 . Should I go for 14 pro or 15 pro. 15 pro feels week and also the battery is over heating . What yall think?

Personal experience: After being on a 1+ hour call, phone got so hot that I received a notification that it would not recharge until the temperature returned to a "normal temperature" (Indoors, over wifi with background refresh disabled, no other activities other than talking on the phone)

@@9horizon40 I'd vote 14 pro but if you have a strong case for needing usb-c, then the 15 with apple care.

no damage after 48 hours is not a great test of durability.

Battery life is trash phone overheats I’ve had the 15 Pro Max since launch day and it’s trash I dropped 60% battery life with the phone sitting on a desk during a 1 hour call phone was hot to the touch when I picked it up. I never had these issues with my 14 Pro.

interesting, its the conplete opposite with me. my 14 pro was over heating and slowing down like crazy. i got my 15 pro max launch day as well, absolutely no issues here, so much better.
