I love the authentic apple silicone cases along with other silicone cases that are like the apple ones. I’m hoping I don’t have any issues with my silicone case, but then again I like to switch my cases regularly.

And I have to agree that the spider man spider verse wallpapers are freaking GORGEOUS!! To get it out of the way: my pick for you is the Lilac case (Shocker! 😂). I think it just made you the happiest out of all of them and I think that’s the best choice for you! But I support whatever case you decide! As always, you did an excellent job with comparing the cases from colors to sustainability to protective capability. And you also tested some non apple made cases too! I personally am currently using an Otter Box protective case. It’s great for protecting the screen and while I have cracks in it, it’s holding strong! 💪💪💪💪 And it’s been so long since I’ve watched and commented! Your setup is amazing. The lights are so beautiful and your editing and humor is even more amazing than ever! I love the bloopers, forgetting that it’s called “umber” and sound effects and soundtrack! And I think it was good to include some personal experiences with cases from you and your friends and leave it up to the viewer if they think it’s worth it to continue buying cases with the new iPhone. Ive had the clear case on every iPhone from the 11 series and they do yellow but takes a couple months. I bought one for my iPhone 14 pro max before my holiday to Greece and as I was out in the sun all day, the yellowing on the side was visible after a week so I returned it. The 11 pro max case still clear after all these years!

I got Elderberry and Sunglow for DP Pro Max. I think I need to get Ink, Forest Green and either Lilac or Chalk Pink.

It depends from person to person i had an apple case for over a year and its perfectly fine

I actually had the same problem with my leather case from Apple I bought the amber one kind of like the brownish, reddish and not even a month of having the case on my phone the sides and everything were starting to turn black. I don’t think Apple actually uses real leather on their phones because I got another case from bull strap. Which is a very very high good quality case same color and then not changed one bit. Yes, it’s getting darker but that’s just from the age of the leather yeah, I literally returned one from Apple. They turned me off.

Lilac goes with deep purple

Its for me that deep purple iphone not going very well for some cases unlike the space black and silver its a go for every cases that i had even with different colour varian .

I like the forrest green. It's almost teal which is my favorite color. Dark purple is my second favorite color. I am purchasing the deep purple iPhone 14 Pro Max on Thursday. I am so excited :D Case of course. These phones are waaaay too expensive. They need protection. That is just my opinion. My personal favorite brand is tech21 though.

I like the metal buttons in the leather case but I love the chalk pink colour..I have 14 pro max in space black colour and I feel like the chalk pink contrast would look really pretty…I could go for the midnight leather case but then it would be tooo much black ig…what do I do🥲

I prefer to go for no case. It give nice touch and feel of the phone, you take care of the phone

i use a case on my phone cause the stainless steel sides are too sharp for my hands. I've used a mous case, a pretty good case but didn't like the plastic feel. Tried Apple Silicone, leather and clear case. The clear cases crack too easily, the silicone cases feel the best but the leather cases have the best buttons. Now i've ordered a figura otterbox case.

The clear MagSafe doesn't yellow!!, It actually holds the clearness for a long period of time!

If the leather case lasted a year and just started peeling and fading, that’s actually normal/good. 0 wrong with that. The silicone one peeling and cracking within a month or two though…yeah, not good at all.

I have the Amber one, it’s ugly on the black iPhone 14 pro too!

Apple doesn’t really advertise it - and their cases aren’t really meant for extreme drop protection. But so far, both worked pretty well for me in protecting my phone when I dropped it (remember to put on screen protector!). But if I were to pick which has better drop protection - I’d think the leather one. Cuz it feels tougher and scuffs less easily than the silicon one.

I prefer silicone for drop protection. When I had the iPhone 13PM, I was using the leather Apple case at one point. I was walking my dog and he ran and my phone fell out of my hand and the case came off a little bit, and as a result the phone got scraped along with the case being scraped as well. They’re aesthetic to look at and do feel good in hand, but for my personal preference that’s where it remained and I wound up selling the leather cases I had (along with upgrading to the 14PM).

I don’t know why either, but I agree that the iPhone 13 silicone lineup is easier to scuff and scratch but I will say that I actually didn’t start to buy the silicone ones until the 13 and 14 line up because they aren’t sticky. For some reason, the silicone would be sticky, so you couldn’t put your phone case in your pocket or bag without the case being covered in lint. The 13 and 14 lineup isn’t as sticky, so they definitely changed something in the silicone in the 13 and 14 lineup, because I too loved the feel of the silicone case, but couldn’t stand the case consistently being covered in lint from my jeans or bag. The one color you didn’t review, was the Sky Blue, maybe it wasn’t out yet when you made your video, but I wish it was in your video. I really enjoyed your video. Your personality and perspective really is interesting and I enjoyed watching you! Btw I have the silicone lilac case and I have the black phone. It looks really good on both cases. Will you please share your wallpapers with us? They are very cool!!!!❤❤

They are pretty protective for me ! I don’t drop them that often. But on the times that I do drop my phone - iPhone was fine !

To answer your question, it doesnt yellow overtime (the clear case of apple)
