hello bro, sorry to know about the issue. But as a security measure the invoice copy should match the serial number printed in the bill and in the device. you can talk to them again and check why your invoice copy rejected and they could give the reason. as its new iPhone, you can get the bill from the seller again and submit it. check your gmail or other mails you normally use it as secondary email. also your mobile number to receive OTP. To prevent others from unlocking the iPhone, they have strict security measures in place.
