I also got the base iphone 13. The battery is amazing and love all the features, and especially the camera! (Upgraded from an iphone 8)

I’ve had a 13 Pro Max for about 9 months now. I use it fairly heavily for projects (average 9-10 hours of screen time per day). Battery health is like 97. Still comfortably get a whole day and then some, with video and camera usage. It’s super impressive and hugely better than my prior 7 and XR.

Yea well……I still use a 6s daily. I’ve had it since 2015. I have replaced the battery a few times over the years though. Certainly not the best IPhone….but it isn’t terrible either. Personally, I’d rather have money in my pocket vs being broke owning a new IPhone.

Could you do a test that shows the consumption of the always on display? Like a test that takes into account normal days of use, like you use your phone for a few days and you show the graphs of the battery. With and without always on display. It would be super relevant battery tests.

If ever you have to upgrade to iPhone 13 Pro Max, get the 265gb and above, since it have the max ProRes capability in video recording (4K at 30fps). If you'll just go for 128gb for the iPhone 13 Pro Max, I don't think the upgrade would be 100% worth it, you better stick with your 11 or just get the base model 13. I personally think that iPhone 13 Pro Max is an overkill as it is a massive and powerful techno beast. In terms of value: $899 256GB iPhone 13 > $1,099 256GB iPhone 13 Pro > $1,099 128 GB iPhone 13 Pro Max. Anyway, iPhones have a much better resale value in the second hand market compared to android phones. So even if your iPhone 11 is still good for the next 3 years or so, now is the time where you can still trade-in or sell your phone for a great price (if your battery health is 80%+).

I imagine you will get much better times because it's a variable refresh rate and when your just looking at a picture or scrolling through comments the refresh rate lowers down to 10hz and since most of the tests were done using a game or videos then it would essentially be pushing the refresh rate to 120hz or 60hz

I have an Iphone SE 2020 and I LOVE it! The battery life is perfect for me because I am mainly a laptop user so I'm sticking with it. It also has a great camera.

I have recently got the new iPhone 13 and I love the battery life and usually my phone lasts me all day due to how much I pick my app and what applications I use. I am super surprised by this iPhone 13.

@@danielmoreira3892 mate, towards the end as he mentioned, in every battery test he does, the apps he runs are slightly different. So this 6h 41 minutes is for a slightly different set of apps. I do however agree that the iPhone 12 he was using probably has a degraded battery. Because based on the spec sheet, iPhone 12 should have a higher battery capacity. So its either the regarded battery or its Apple reducing battery life to get people to upgrade.

Your Previous 12 series battery test video iphone 12 lasted 6hr41min same mobile now u r showing 5hrs 54min 😄👏

iphone 13 pro had 8hrs and 17min last year compared to 14 pro with 7hrs 49min: 13 pro max had 9hrs 52min last year, the 14 pro max has 9hrs 23 min

I got the iphone 13 as my first iphone and i love it! its so weird bc my old samsung could last me the whole day and now its a little weird to not have that battery life but i still love it!

Yo that's honestly very impressive for the mini considering the battery size. So glad I skipped the 12 mini and waited for the 13 mini. Can't wait to pick mine up later!

The most taxing battery activity I've found to actually be Google Maps or any form of navigation. This test would resonate more with me if there was a battery usage from navigation segment 🤔💡

But honestly with the pandemic I rarely use gps so that's not gonna be much of a problem with me personally. The only problem I have is I can't afford to buy an iphone. :)
