🔧iPhone 12 & 13 Pro Touch Repair - Touch doesn't work fix (IC swap)🧐

1. Cut off broken touch with 0.05mm molybdenum wire.
2. Clean the screen with isopropanol, magic sponge.
3. Original controller desoldering temperature: 300⁰C/120 air.
4. Cleaning 300/120 air.
5. Remove controller from new touch panel by drilling it.
6. Reball original IC with 183⁰C paste.
7. Install IC to new flex using 220⁰C/30 air.
8. Laminate new touch with display, 6bar, 80s, 40⁰C on polyurethane mat.
9. Put into autoclave, 50⁰C, 10min, 6-7bar.
Test! 😊
Work is the same on iPhone 13 series. But controller is in different place.

Hi! It's only to remove the message. Without IC swap You can fully use sexondary screen 😉

You should use loca glue instead of oca if you have no lamination machine.

My 12 promax got wet in rain and the bottom half touch is not working they said there is water in your iphone screen not in the phone body it costs 400$ to replace it and i dont have the money what should i do?

I tried to rest in open airflow place few days and it got slightly better but it became unresponsive again

X doesn't need this. IC programmer device is enough. But of course yes, You can swap the chip too 😉
