YAY that’s my iPad and now at least ik how will it survive with water and if it’s waterproof or not

...you'd expect wifi to die under water, surely. That whole dipole moment thing would be pretty effective shielding for EM signals, especially in the microwave band. If the wifi is still gone after it's dried that's another matter. That dipole moment is also why your capacitive touch screen is acting weird when it's wet. You need to try it out fully and then see if it's broken.

You should really just keep it in there for about like 20 seconds because if you drop it into water you would take it out as fast a possible. I Would like to know how it would fair at a reasonable time underwater. Like who is going to need to know how long it will take to die? I came to see if I happen to drop it in for a few seconds what the flaws would be.

Put it into rice, you would wonder how effective that is

This video is about 7 years old and i’m surprised Apple still hasn’t added any type of water resistance to the iPad line. I think it’s something they should take more seriously and try to get an IP rating for their iPads - at the very least, for their iPad Pros.

If you ever drop your phone in water immediately take it out and DONT PUSH ANY BUTTONS put it in rice for 76 hours and then try it. The rice absorbed moisture out of the phone and hopefully your phone should work

Anifyz because she was playing music on a speaker but It was on top of her hummer and they drove off and it fell
