Hey I think even if you use a 4 core cable , only 1 core is utilized between two Media convertors...through rest of the cores light doesn't pass

Hi Gulshan, I want to use my internet connection from one location to another location(not more than 200 meters) via fibre optical cable as well as CCTV cameras(1st location) and nvr(2nd location). Is it feasible with a 4 port media converter? If yes, please suggest me good media converter pair and 4 or 8 core armoured fibre optic(outdoor purpose to save it from monkeys) cable with genuine prices. How much cost will be for the above-mentioned scenarios?

Sir we have 24 cameras we want to connect with fiber all the cameras and we are going to use single mode fiber cable…. For the site we use Poe 2.0 switch which have 8port utp and one sfp… my question is we have to put all the fiber line for each cameras …?
