Syntax question. Is it correct that you always use 'ip access-' except when creating a numbered list or applying a list to the vty line? eg. 'ip access-group' vs 'access-class'

Thank you for the question mess mess. My daughter does many of the illustrations, and I use epic-pen and a Wacom tablet to write on top of it all.
