If you have ever been inside this stadium while the BACK in BLACK song is on, the players coming out of that tunnel and 30,000+ fans are jamming, you know you're in HAWKEYE HEAVEN. The human energy in that crowd is ENORMOUS! GO and ENJOY!

@cclizarkb Honestly, if you think this is better than VT then you're crazy. Enter Sandman is more than the song Tech plays before the team runs out, it's pretty much the unofficial anthem for the school. When ESPN starts taking time to show the entire entrance on TV for almost every game they do at Lane Stadium, I think it's reached a level that most schools can't match. Iowa's entrance is good, but it's not VT.

My bad. I was including the year 2001. That would put Nebraska at 93 wins to Iowa's 92. Either way, Nebraska has won more games during that span than Iowa while going through three coaching changes. That's quite impressive. Just read an article about Ferentz being on the hot seat. I have to agree. His teams the past few years have been classic under acheivers. I see the Hawks going 9-3 this fall but then going back to 6 or 7 wins a season because of their difficult schedules in '13 and '14.

They just need to play football instead of holding hands for ten minutes. One, I almost for got about Iowa as the state itself. Two, the team is terrible. Three, when is the last time that they won a National Championship?!! I'll wait....

Honestly I think Iowa's entrance is rather generic but I do think they would have beat VT the past two seasons if they played them. ACC teams tend to put up alot of points against other ACC teams. Iowa wrecked the Wramblin Wreck and everyone though that they would put up 50-60 points on Iowa.

The problem with Iowa fans is they only want to talk about the past ten years or so. They're not willing to own up to decades of being a shitty team. When a Husker fan brings up decades of Husker dominance, Iowa fans always say, " stop living in the past." Iowa fans aren't willing to talk about how their team got bitch slapped for 40 straight years. Husker fans admit that the past ten years have been frustrating but they also are proud of 40 years of kicking college football's ass!
