The quality of Apple has really gone down hill. They once to had so much pride in their work. They need to worry less on wallpapers and focus on losing their customers due to their reliability, battery drain, and connectivity issues. I’m not updating. Thank you for keeping us informed!

That's right. Even 120hz on iPhone is a joke. In fact, basic applications and 3rd party applications are only 80-90Hz. And Apple doesn't care about it because most people don't pay attention to it when they haven't experienced true 120hz

I’m glad someone said it ( even if it’s in a nicer way than I would lol ) I’m just over all the wallpaper shit, I’m over it being thrown around all the time. Apple needs to just stick to actually fixing/patching the bugs and issues up. I mean someone with like 33 cycles battery went from 100% to 98% just from updating. I’ll be staying on iOS 17.3 for a while then! I’m not updating

It seems too many people are complaining about battery issues on 17.5. With that being said, I’m holding on to 17.4.1 till they fix the battery drain/issues. iPhone 15P.

I`m not surprised that the battery health drops before the release of Iphone 16... Same thing happened with my 13 pro before the release of the Iphone 15. My battery health dropped from 96% to 87% in less than 2 months.

I love your tips, and especially those ones that say an upgrade to a new version of 17 is actually taking two or three or even four steps backwards. I will not be upgrading.

I am running 17.4 on my iPhone 15 Pro works good will not update

I am running 17.5 RC and although there's issues with the alarm not going off on the iPhone, it does however goes off on my Watch, running 17.5RC. I am not having any issues with WiFi and also my battery health is fine on 100%, it said normal and cycle charge is 77 charges,

I hope apple sees this video and fix that battery drain issue it is just unacceptable

Battery life for 12 pro is worse compared to 17.4.2. It starts dropping down by 2% at a time, rather draining by 1% and having WiFi turned off and Bluetooth as well overnight it drains 15% I was planning on obtaining a 15 pro max, however with the instability I won’t switch anytime soon

My 12 Pro is doing the same on 17.4.1 and its annoying. It goes down 1% every 2 minutes and then flatlines at around 70%, then starts dropping again. I feel like it was intentional by Apple at this point.

My 13 pro is kinda in the same boat, my battery goes down by 10 percent after 1 hour of continuous usage……

Is any one facing a pdf viewer bug where it crashes while scrolling through your pdf and reopens back on the first page. I also noticed that after the update the speaker audio is only audible if the volume level is almost at max, it’s almost mute at anything less than 50% max volume.

it's all bullshit. Don't rely on these numbers. I had my 11pro with 78/80% after 4 full years...but the real battery was around 50% (4:30/4:00 versus 7:30/8:00 when new)

My regular iphone 15 went to 99% in less then 5 months, i never charged overnight, never even went below 20% and never charged to 100.

For some reason it's the "80% limit" option that kills the battery. It's better to keep the "Optimized" option.

17.4.1 has the same connected/not connected with WiFi too

The battery performance on my iPhone 13 Pro has been poor since I installed 17.5 RC I’m havin 2 charge my phone twice a day I’m only gettin 4-5 hours screen on time and my battery health is at 86%

Cellular issues came back with RC after a bit I can confirm and also reported it in feedback app

My phone at night when i left him for example at 90% and when i woke up i find that he be 74 or less i dont know why the reason only at night Also wifi off everything off overnight

iOS 17.4.1 just drains battery... I hope they fix along with LAG in games and animations for iPhone 13 base

17.5 has been good for my battery. I am running it both on a 15 promax and a 14+ and the battery life has been very solid, beta one had some issues, but since beta two, my better life has been very good over all.

My battery life hasn't been great on 17.4.1 so I'm not looking to update. iOS 17 has been the worst thing I've had on my phone and WatchOS 10 is the same for my watch

My 12 Pro is draining bad after this update.

I use Samsung for 10 years and don’t occurs any problems with software updates

Should focus more on software ability here we are looking at iOS 18 and still dealing with buggy iOS 17

i experienced severe heating issues on my iphone 15 base model with this 17.5 update. I only watched few episodes of anime and my phone already feel so hot. Not to mention im actually in a room with the AC on and set at 18c. This has never happened in the past. Hold on and wait for the next update if u havent.

I think some model has issue but not all model. The battery is tough as a solid rock and also WiFi connection has no problem, also on Bluetooth no problem at all, again my unit is ip14+ running iOS 17.5 rc
