A comprehensive review, Chris, of all the good bits and bad ones. Well done. The Ioniq 6 is an amazing car, one of my favourites at the moment. If this car isn't selling well, then the world has gone crazy :)

These new regulations are getting out of hand. They are annoying and dangerous because they are half-assed. Either force me to stay at the limit or not. I'm using the speed limit detection on my current Kona and it is really helpful for when I don't remember or notice a sign, I can see it in my HUD. However if it started beeping at me I would probably end up turning the feature off altogether and drive worse because I will miss some speed limit signs.

This is so annoying for me in my Kia Soul EV, that I am turning it off even for short, 1 km drive to buy bread. This is annoying only because the detection is so fragile - if you're going around the limit, you're constantly enabling it again and again. And in times when I don't have the warning sounds disabled, I am watching not to go to slowly - because when I do, it will beep again after small acceleration.
That keyfob looks like that Goop egg that Gwyneth Paltrow pawns. Nice car, nice review. Too much bell ringing. That speed "beep" would drive me nuts.
I'd lose my shit with that many beeps, which would make me a less safe driver
Cruise and media buttons are flipped on the steering wheel compared to ioniq5. It's like the ev6 here.
have you plan to rewiew the Cupra Tavascan EV??
Am i right to assume ID 7 is more German approach to the BEV - heavier, more luxurious, more specious but less efficient and the Ioniq6 is more Korean - more standard equipment, lighter, cheaper, more efficient but also less luxurious and less space for backseats and for luggage? And knowing both cars, which one would you pick if you had to? Great video! Thank you!

I would pick the id7 simply because it has a hatch and humongous boot space

Yes, more comfortable and quieter.
What is this new regulation considering regen breaking? Does it somehow limit the strength or not allow one pedal driving?

It doesn't let the car be in full regen or no regen for long.
