This was a great finale. I was really thrown off that Kate survived. Makes sense though. As for Nolan saying he misses his wife. Yeah good luck patching that up, especially after you called her a pet.

Smart dinosaurs made me think of Rick & Morty

The way that Angstrom Levy was portrayed as so crazy and the amount of times he threw Mark into alternate realities, made it really satisfying watching Mark just lose it on him.

Angstrom is also a great parallel to Dr Octopus. Two characters that are their own worst enemy and blame everybody else for what happened to them.

It was a good episode but the previous eps kinda eh in terms of action so Im beginning to think they weren’t holding the show back to finish it up but holding it back so people will keep their prime subscriptions while amazon does the scumming tactic of making us pay more money for add free rather than have the ad version free and pay for the ad-free version. Primes luckily I still need to watch the nba season or I would of cancelled this sh’t today.

Angstrom Levy reminded me of The Spot in Across The Spiderverse

I'm just happy to see that Kate is alive and got back together with immortal, immortal was so broken asf.

The voice acting in this show is so good across the board it's insane. Sandra Oh had me tearing up Shout out Gillian Jacobs and Walton Goggins too

No way they can do Conquest w/o the invincible war. If they average 2-3 issues per episode. Conquest should be episode 10 tbh

I’m going to assume the following events that will happen in Season 3; Oliver’s character development especially with his powers manifesting, Mark and Eve’s relationship building up, the epic battle with Conquest, the Invincible War, Nolan and Allen breaking out of jail, and Nolan’s redemption arc.

My ptediction is that we will have the imvincible war somewhere after or in the middle of the season, while the final fight will be Conquest. The finale will be Omni Man rectuting Mark and Oliver for the viltrum war

Man, Sterling K. Brown is a GREAT voice actor! I was impressed to death with Zazie Beetz, my girlfriend, a week or 2 ago, in the breakup scene. Sterling K. Brown took over this week. He's GOOD! WOW!

Future Eve actually says "shut up rex" and when "robot" takes his helmet off the credits change to rexplode? I think it's a teaser for robot dominating earth to make it a better place in the future like in the comics

I love the Batman Easter egg in this episode even though you can’t say his name due to copyright reasons

Notice how Invincibles main theme kicks in when he goes berserk on Angstrom but quickly shifts into a darker version as he fully lets his anger out

Fortnight sniper cameo was the best part of the episode.

I was NOT ready for how emotional this episode would be. It was a beautiful master piece.

When Angstrom shorts out Mark's earpiece he recoils in pain, it's a nice little hint at one of the viltrumite weaknesses

All in all season 2 was good but I liked season 1 better. I think they just have a lot of characters and can’t really cover them all. I’m pretty sure Debbie being on board with the parallel Marks being evil is new. I’m pretty sure that it’s his mom’s influence that’s what’s keeping our Mark anchored. Also Oliver not existing in other universe either because Omniman never needed to go to Thraxa or he went to somewhere else like the Mortal Kombat universe. Oh and we saw sinister Mark which is wild I wish we could’ve seen Mohawk mark too.

Season 2 is more of a set-up part of the story as mtiple plot points have been put in motion this season and all of them have big pay off. Honestly I do like season2 more so far. Mark was more of a happy go like character in seaon 2 while here you have him going through it.

As a comic book reader, this finale did satisfy all of my wishes. And I cried after hearing that final line, even went back to the specific issue(s) and... as I expected... that line wasn't in the comics. SPOILERS FOR S3 AND S4 OF INVINCIBLE: SERIOUSLY. DO NOT READ IT IF YOU WANT TO STAY CLEAR OF SPOILERS: The series really improves on Nolan's character arc and I'm all here for it. It really adds to his future reunion with Debbie and his family and the series will likely show us a much more vulnerable side of him once he makes his apology. It will only make me cry harder in S3 or S4 once that scene takes place, but my guess is that it will happen in S4.

Season 2 didn't have a sense of direction of where the story wanted to go. They introduced Sterling K. Brown character just for him to have a senseless death at the end of the season. I thought he could've been used better. After the first half of the season, I was expecting more but there was a lot of pointless dialogue between characters that made the entire story feel kinda slow. After 8 episodes expanding 40 mins each, they should've done more to push the story forward. This didnt feel like a 8 episode season.

I didn’t feel like they tied the villain into the story well at all. He did nothing the second half of the season, then arrives out of nowhere because its the mandatory season-end battle. Way too much time focusing on Mark’s relationship with Amber just for them to (finally) breakup. Also Monster Girl just randomly changes her mind about wanting a solution to her aging problem despite yelling at Rudy and cutting him off every time he tried to talk about a solution. What the hell happened to this season. Parts were good, but overall it was not the same as season 1

Great finaly and liked how this episode especialy Mark's realy enemy is himself aside from Angstrum that he fights inner fight with himself not become like his dad or other Viltrumite's which is also foreshadowing what he will have to face in future aka the invincible war alternative versions of him self. The other thing is that Omni-mans (Nolans) redemption begins.

One of the craziest things Ive ever seen on TV. DIdnt think there was much left out there that could shock me...but this episode...WOW

I hope we see Josh Keaton Agent Spider in beyond the spider verse

They may go in a different direction, but in the comics, Rudy changes his name to Rex after Rex is heroically killed. If you look at the age difference between him and Eve, it would make sense if that were Rudy with a name change.

It would be really interesting 🧐 to see angstrom Levi son going up against his father who went crazy because technically speaking we never did see him in the comics at least in my opinion because it’s been awhile since I read the invincible comics.

Something is up with the "one eye". After Allen, everybody else seems to switch to one eye configuration 😂

A funny detail I’ve noticed in this video is that Mark, his mom and dad all have a black eye on their right eye. Guess as a sign they all are connected still as a family (besides Oliver he got lucky)

The weird thing about the art in the comics is that anyone who got a black eye got it on that eye. It was called out by fans a few times so maybe they are parodying that.

There is a turning point in the comics, where he turns about 21 Viltrum-equavalent, where he starts dominating. No spoilers, but by the end of the series there is no one he can't beat.

I shocked as hell that mark beating the hell out of angstrom! That was powerful!

i think in the post-apocalyptic earth at 10:38 angstrom levy has a staff that is a reference to Morgan jones staff in the walking dead
