Now....let that technology waterfall down to a 26-29' Hull that more people can afford and use on a more frequent basis. I don't want quads or a boat that I cannot put on a trailer and head to the FL Keys for a week.... I want a twin engine, catamaran, in floor fish boxes, coffin box for storage or big tunas...in the 26-29' range.

2x I am not interested in any boat that technically I need a permit to trailer - therefore, 8.5ft is max beam. I am getting ready to take extended trips throughout America (but plan trips to every end of my home state Florida) and do not want to have to get a permit for every state that I travel to (towing my boat). But I want a CAT (that is dual purposed for fishing and cruising). 40 footers (even 30 footers) require living on the water, having a slip, or in/out storage. None of those appeal to me - been there - done that. So I am in agreement with WeekendHooker and would love to see you expand desired length down to 24'/25' (to get the right balance (length/beam) with twin power.

Ok so im a pro boater. Owned over 7 boats. I spent 23 years at sea chartering halibut and salmon. So what happens if one of the pontoons hits a deadhead or a log at speed ? Thats what scares me but i do want a Cat.

How well can a twin Hull perform in rough seas compare to mono Hull?

saw one today in destin inlet and i was likw wtf thatvthing is the bomb...im a cat fan and ran a world cat which i loved. but the freeman and these boats are top notch.
