The advice about deleting brokerage apps is a very good one. Stake in particular is very bad. Despite turning off all notifications in the app, it insists on sending me spam every day about this event or other. It desperately wants me to buy, sell, buy, sell in order for them to make money.

Love your work Sanjee - Great advice! Now Im 51 years old I can attest that what you say is true - I would only add "Buy and Hold" any good quality companies (like BHP/RIO/CBA/AFIC/WAM etc...) Compound Interest is the greatest contributor to wealth 'over time'.
Love how easy you explain things - well done Sanjee - you come across as a great guy as well!

Hey Sanjee, The main question is to when market is going up, is it still time to buy? Example is asx market is going up for sometime now. Will it be a good strategy to buy or wait for it to fall? Considering the factor we never know when the market is going to fall but I just want to understand the strategy behind it 🙂

You forgot to mention whether it's better to pay off home loan now or buy mores etfs now
