Hey Sahal? A speech takes the form of an essay. It has an introduction, the body and conclusion. In the body you explain your main points . Eg How HIV and AiDs can be prevented....identify the main points then explain

Hi Sagaar...I think as the name suggests confidential reports are private and cannot be published but the investigative ones are not private
