So is that the only thing that is going there is no point having new buildings without having a human waste treatment plant and before any one reply to me or to come and score points it applies to Ghana as well they are also having development but there is no treatment plants and yes Rwanda they are far more cleaner and better at the moment they take more pride in their cities

Mutombo! Are you jealous? Or, perhaps, you still don't want know how to create markets for you village diamonds? Look at these young entrepreneurs, engineers and others doing 'big things ' for their country. Perhaps, you would need to learn them! Think outside the box and, stop victim blaming others. Not ashamed? Also, stop selling your products for money that end up in your own pockets. The entire world is 👀! Stop!

I think that's a regrettable conclusion by you @Kindeke Carpet Cleaning. DR Congo has been fighting and Killing because of tribalism, even from the 60s till now. DR Congo will do better learning the value of peaceful coexistence instead of seeking to EXPORT the misery of tribal war which has plagued the beautiful country of DR Congo. Instead of hating Kagame and Rwanda, I recommend you learn how to build a healthy nation with peaceful societies from Rwanda.
