Inverted Logic to Achieve Sea Views | Aguá House

This weekend house in Caraguatatuba, São Paulo, occupies a 100-square-meter plot and was designed to be a comfortable and practical meeting point for the whole family. With a reinforced concrete structure, the house highlights the beauty of raw materials like concrete and raw brick, leaving much of the structure exposed. The house inverts the common logic, placing the intimate areas on the ground floor and the common areas on the first floor, taking advantage of the views of the treetops and the sea. The integration of the living room and kitchen on the upper floor creates a spacious and bright environment, while the suites on the ground floor face a central landscaped courtyard, bringing nature into the space.

I couldn't agree more. It's a low budget house, but beautiful in its own way and certainly better than some of the overpriced luxury mansions out there.
