Do you use hair vitamins or gummy to help grow your hair also which one do you use

We need an update!!!

So can I do it everyday but every forth day I wash my hair? So like I use Olive oil one day, next day I re apply it on top and then one more day of oil then after that I wash and then repeat?

Can I just use olive oil and warm it up in my hands and put my head down, massage for 5 minutes and then take a shower?

Noo because I only use a little so my hair doesn’t look so oily I do wash it every third day❤️

@@BiancaMonvoy in another video under in the comments you said that you do this 3 times a week, you found it more effective to do It 4 times a week or you are applying oil 3 times a week and 1 day only massaging the scalp? Thank u for your videos!

Yess I try to wash my hair 2x a week since you’re only putting a little oil in your hair

I know I’m really late, but I saw someone say they did it everyday for 5 minutes, and it grows 1 inch per week.

@@decalcomania1682 4 to 5 minutes a day everyday for a week, but only 1 week every month so your scalp and hair doesn't get *used to* it.

I cant find their account, have they changed it and/ or stopped haircare?
