circle is not that, the circle equation is x^2+y^2+2gx+2fy+c=0

General eqn of circle is x^2+y^2+2gx+2fy+c=0 and the equation of circle with center(h,k) and radius r is (x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2. If I have not found the mistake you told, please mention the timestamp. It will help me to correct myself ☺️
